• Contact information, including your email address.
• Subscription information, including your selected plan, billing status, and Stripe customer or subscription identifiers.
• Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service, such as browser, device, IP address, and service logs.

Stripe collects and processes payment-card information. HomeFit does not receive or store your full card number.

How we use information

We use information to provide HomeFit, save searches, deliver requested reports and service messages, process and manage subscriptions through Stripe, respond to support requests, prevent misuse, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations.

When we share information

We share only the information reasonably needed by service providers that help operate HomeFit, including hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and property-data providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or as part of a business transfer.

HomeFit does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and your choices

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain required records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in an email. Necessary service and billing messages may still be sent.

Security, children, and updates

We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Never email us a full payment-card number. HomeFit is not intended for anyone under 18.
