The service

HomeFit provides educational rent-versus-buy calculations, saved property searches, and subscription reports. Listing coverage may be limited, delayed, or supplied by third parties. Always confirm a property’s availability, price, taxes, fees, condition, and other details independently.

Educational estimates

HomeFit provides estimates, not financial, investment, mortgage, tax, legal, appraisal, real-estate, or lending advice. Results depend on the assumptions entered and cannot predict future prices, costs, interest rates, or investment returns. You remain responsible for your decisions.

Free trial and subscription

A payment card is required to begin the 7-day free trial through Stripe Checkout. The first personalized report is included during the trial.

Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription automatically begins and renews at $9 per month or $79 per year, plus applicable tax. Stripe Checkout displays the selected price and exact trial timing before confirmation.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@zimarelabs.com.

• Cancellation during the trial prevents the first subscription charge.
• After billing begins, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
• Payments are not prorated or refunded for unused time, except where required by law or to correct a verified duplicate charge.
• Access continues through the end of the paid period unless the service must be suspended for misuse or legal reasons.

Acceptable use and third-party services

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, resell reports or data without permission, or use HomeFit unlawfully.

HomeFit relies on services such as Stripe, hosting, email delivery, and property-data providers. Their availability and separate terms may affect parts of the service.

Availability and responsibility

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. If a paid plan or renewal price changes, we will provide reasonable notice before the change applies to a future renewal.

HomeFit is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zimare Labs is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on estimates, inaccurate or unavailable listings, service interruptions, or decisions made using HomeFit.
